Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor & founder of My Pilates Life Ltd & Sussex Physiotherapy Ltd, Emily Russell BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC. Emily's passion & expertise is helping individuals learn how to use their brilliant bodies via Pilates. She is a member of the POGP & has a particular clinical interest in rehabilitating female pelvic floor dysfunction. Emily also runs Pilates for runners, providing strength & conditioning for runners of all levels.
Pilates has provided an amazing tool for Emily to support Physiotherapy clients' journeys to optimal health & maximum potential... whatever their goal.
Live & On Demand online Pilates and Yoga taught by Micaela (Miki) Floyd MSc. Miki has a Masters in Chemistry from Cambridge University and found her vocation in helping people recover from injury and postural deficiencies through exercise. She has been teaching Pilates since 2003 and is a recognised Level 4 instructor.
Emily & Miki met in Sussex 10 years ago, Miki is now teaching online from Sardinia.
